By accessing or using the DHSolutions Pack, Ship, N Print website (dhshuntsville.com) or any of our in-store or online services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DHSolutions Pack, Ship, N Print.
2. Services
DHSolutions Pack, Ship, N Print provides packing, shipping, printing, copying, and related business services. Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Online Orders
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase services or products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Order confirmation emails are sent as acknowledgment of receipt and do not constitute acceptance. An order is accepted when we begin processing it. Prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.
4. Payment
Online payments are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. All sales are final once an order enters production or has been prepared for pickup. For pickup orders paid in-store, we accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. DHSolutions Pack, Ship, N Print does not store your full card number — all payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be requested before an order enters production. Once production has begun — including printing, cutting, laminating, or any physical processing — the order cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued. For shipping services, cancellations are subject to the policies of the respective carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL). If we are unable to fulfill your order due to our error, we will offer a reprint or full refund at our discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
6. Print Services & Customer-Supplied Files
When you submit files for printing, you represent and warrant that you own or have the legal right to reproduce all content in those files, including text, images, logos, and designs. You assume full responsibility for copyright compliance. DHSolutions Pack, Ship, N Print is not liable for copyright infringement arising from customer-supplied content. We are not responsible for color variations between screen displays and printed output, spelling or grammar errors in submitted files, or print quality issues resulting from low-resolution artwork (below 300 DPI for print). We strongly recommend reviewing proofs carefully before approving production.
7. Pickup Orders
Pickup orders are typically ready within 30 minutes of placement during business hours, though complex or high-volume orders may require additional time. We will notify you when your order is ready. Unclaimed pickup orders will be held for 7 days before being discarded. DHSolutions Pack, Ship, N Print is not responsible for orders not claimed within this period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of DHSolutions Pack, Ship, N Print or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
